This antique statement necklace has been created using eclectic silver, 9ct gold and 'Pinchbeck' antique and vintage elements.

I have used an attractive link with a lovely aged patina antique Victorian silver locket chain.  I have incorporated 2 large jump rings along its length, enabling the necklace to be worn at 2 different lengths (see measurements below).

The chain is coupled with an interesting; having skilled craftsmanship and detail, pendant piece.  The pendant is gold in colour but is actually 'Pinchbeck'  It is quite lightweight so will not be too heavy to wear.  This intricately detailed, texturally engraved piece is set with pretty garnets, which twinkle in the light.

Centrally I have incorporated a fancy length of watch chain which is interesting in itself, from which is suspended a vintage silver 'articulated' skull charm (with opening jaw).  The ring from which the skull is suspended is solid 9ct gold. I have also inserted another 9ct gold ring halfway down the length of the chain drop.  This balances out the gold coloured elements beautifully and adds yet more interest and quirk.

Wear it with your cocktail dress or your jeans - wear it eclectically :)

Approximate Measurements:

Neck Chain Section: 18.25 inches - can also be fastened at 16 inches

Longest Chain Drop: 10cm

Overall length when worn: 26.5 inches

This is a quirky one-of-a-kind heirloom piece, bringing the wearer an item of jewellery as exclusive and individual as them. The perfect keepsake or gift to celebrate life's milestone occasions or just life!
