This beautiful vintage 'fine' jewellery piece has been created using a former jabot pin,  in the form of a substantial and fancy handled 'Sword'

The Sword has been crafted in silver with a delightful slight faded 'gilting' to the handle, the patina in which emphasises all the beautiful crewel detailing to the handle.  The crown in glory being pretty coral beads set to the extremities of the handle.  The woud have been worn as a 'jabot' pin originally and therefore the pin is removable from the sword 'sheath' (best to leave it in there though).  The safety chain, which I have left in place as it adds nice detail, would have stopped the 2 elements from becoming separated at any time.

Coupled with a simple belcher link chain (new), which has the added advantage of the necklace being able to be worn at 2 different lengths; this piece has now been revived and reinvented to be worn as a necklace.

One of a kind piece conversational, not to mention 'uber cool' piece!

Approximate Measurements:

Overall length of necklaces: 18.25 inches can also be worn at 16.5 inches
Sword: 8cm x 2.5cm
