This is a wonderful vintage silver piece (previously a brooch) with great detail, chunky and of a good size.  

The leopard’s body is set with twinkling marcasite stones and a red paste or garnet set eye. The leopard has a wonderful vintage patina that only time can give. 
 
I have coupled this gorgeous vintage piece with a brand new sturdy sterling silver belcher link chain which compliments the piece nicely. 

The necklace fastens at the back of the neck by way of a bolt ring and has the added advantage of being able to be worn at 2 different length options. 
 
This leopard is an amazing work of art with a detailed and animated ‘Pouncing’ pose adding to the excitement and energy of this beautiful vintage piece.
