This quirky unique antique/vintage 'fine' jewellery piece has been created using a fusion of silver antique and vintage chains. The main neck section of chains being of particular interest, with intricate wire and ball work beads, which somehow reminded me of the ocean and thats the reason I selected this chain from my collection to use.
The chains drops are a mixture of antique watch chain and vintage silver chains.
Charms and Curios:
Vintage silver mermaid and 9ct gold 'lifebuoy' charms take centre stage, whilst a rectangle shaped (bottom hinged) antique rose gold locket* with Anchor detail 'grounds' the necklace at the bottom. The locket has all its original frames and lenses.
* Please be advised that the antique locket has some rippling to the gold, but this does not detract from its beauty and only adds to its charm and character.
A whimsical and eclectic ensamble.
