Set out below are my store policies.  If you have a question regarding anything I have not mentioned,

ORDERS

I aim to despatch within 1-3 working days, using a 'Signed for' trackable service, i.e.  Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or International Signed For.

Each precious piece will be personally wrapped in one of my beautifully branded embroidered jewellery pouches displaying my Art Deco moth logo design, complete with coordinating drawstring with seductive hot pink tassels.  I designed my pouches to have a 'vintage boudoir' vibe, eye-catchingly ravishing enough to grace any discerning dressible table (or boudoir!) .  Accompanied by my folding business card, care card and printed 'postcard' giving details of what my jewellery is 'about' and how I go about sourcing these tiny little pieces of history (useful for helping the receiver of one of my 'Forever Heirloom' gift purchases, to be on the same wavelength as me - and to welcome them into my world).  Also a glossy white gift bag will complete the perfect gift package.

SHIPPING

International Buyers:  The full value for the item will be declared on the Customs Slip (this is for insurance purposes) and any Custom Charges will be responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS

​

I really want to you love your vintage jewellery piece - I try to describe the items as honestly and accurately as possible. However, if you are disappointed or unhappy with your item, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of the item and I will do my best to rectify any concerns you may have. If this cannot be resolved, then an Exchange item of the same value or above may be possible, or alternatively a Refund. 

 

A 'Security Tag' has been attached to the jewellery. Once this Security Tag has been removed. The Item can no longer be returned for Exchange, Refund or for any other reason. 


Returned items must be posted for using Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or 'International Signed For (trackable services), at the expense of the buyer. Items must be returned within 14 working days in the original packaging and condition that they were sent. The postage cost of returning an item and any duty to be paid returning goods to the UK are the buyers responsibility. 

Please retain 'Proof of Postage', as I am not responsible for any items which may get lost in the post.

Refunds will be processed for the item, less the original shipping cost, once the item is received back safely. The postage cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer and non refundable.


Please note that Custom Bespoke Items are Non Returnable.

LAYAWAY


Layaway is offered on items over the value of £200.00.

 

The full amount being payable over a 3 month term for items value between £200 - £1000.

For items over £1000 the term can be extended to 4 months if required.

The first 'non-refundable' down payment is required, with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Instalments being due at 30 day (monthly) intervals after the first instalment was paid.

Payments to any Layaway agreements that need to be cancelled are non refundable. However, a credit note for my shop will be issued, but I cannot offer refunds.

Please be aware that Layaway items are non returnable.
