Set out below are my store policies.  If you have a question regarding anything I have not mentioned,

ORDERS

I aim to despatch within 1-2 working days, using a 'Signed for' trackable service, i.e.  Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' for orders within the UK or 'DHL' Courier for International orders.

Each precious piece will be personally wrapped in one of my beautifully branded embroidered jewellery pouches displaying my Art Deco moth logo design, complete with coordinating drawstring with seductive tassels.  I designed my pouches to have a 'vintage boudoir' vibe, eye-catchingly ravishing enough to grace any discerning dressing table (or boudoir!). Accompanied by my folding business card, care card and printed 'postcard' giving details of what my jewellery is 'about', my inspiration and how I go about sourcing these tiny little pieces of history (useful for introducing the receiver of one of my 'Forever Heirloom' gift purchases into my world).  Also a quality 'hot pink', black or gold coloured gift bag will accompany the pouch to complete the perfect gift package.

SHIPPING

I aim to despatch within 2 working days, using a 'Signed for' 'Insured' and 'Trackable' service.  Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' for orders within the UK (Guaranteed to arrive next day before 1pm) and DHL Courier for International orders.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The full value of the item(s) will be declared on the 'Customs Declaration'.  This is a Legal requirement.  Any Custom Charges incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please do not ask me to put a lesser value on the Customs Declaration, as this is an Offence.

I cannot be held responsible for any lost items in the post that have not been 'insured'.  There is the option to add insurance at 'Check Out' under Shipping Options for an additional fee of £12.00, which is strongly recommended.

RETURNS

I really want to you love your chosen jewellery piece - However, if you are disappointed or unhappy with your item, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will do my best to rectify any concerns you may have. If this cannot be resolved, then an Exchange item of the same value or above may be possible, or alternatively a Refund will be given. 
 
A 'Security Tag' has been attached to the jewellery. Once this Security Tag has been removed. The Item can no longer be returned for Exchange, Refund or for any other reason.

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received safely back with me.  I therefore suggest you return items using a recorded, trackable and insured delivery service.  The postage cost of returning the item (plus any Customs & Duty taxes when re entering the UK if the buyer is outside of the UK), is the responsibility of the buyer and non refundable.

International Buyers: The customs label must be clearly marked as RETURNING GOODS . Failure to do so will result in an import duty charge, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

Items must be returned within 7 working days in the original packaging and condition that they were sent.  

Please retain 'Proof of Postage', as I am not responsible for any items which may get lost in transit.  Refunds will be processed for the item, less the original shipping cost within 1-3 days.



Please note that Custom Bespoke Items and items purchased on a 'Layaway Plan' are Non Returnable/Refundable.
