I take the privacy of my customers very seriously, which is why I have opted to use WorldPay to handle my online transactions. It is a secure payment platform that processes payments with the card providers and banks. Lisa de Bidaph - Forever Heirloom Jewellery, therefore never obtain or retain any card payment details for online purchases.

We do collect details such as your name, address, phone number and email address in order to despatch the goods to you. I will email you in future only where you have consented for me to do so using the 'Subscribe' pop up box on my website. You can unsubscribe from this service by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.

Use of the Website:
To be eligible to purchase Items on this Website you must:
a) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
b) warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms.
We may from time to time change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
Payment & Availability

At any time prior to Dispatch Confirmation, Lisa de Bidaph - Forever Heirloom Jewellery may at its sole discretion, for reasons of availability or otherwise, terminate its agreement with you in respect of any particular Goods and in such case it will in full and final settlement of any claims you might have return any monies received from you, within 14 days of receipt of such monies back to the original payment account.
I really want to you love your vintage jewellery piece - I try to describe the items as honestly and accurately as possible. With close up photograph shots forming part of the description of the item. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.
We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) if your card is due to expire within 28 days of your purchase date (iii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or (iv) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion. We only ship to 'verified' addresses.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this and a refund will be issued.
I aim to dIspatch within 2-3 working days, using a 'Signed for', trackable and insured service, i.e. 'Special Delivery' for orders within the UK or DHL Courier Shipping for anywhere else in the world.
For International Orders:
The full value of the item(s) will be declared on the 'Customs Declaration'. This is a Legal requirement. Any Custom Charges incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please do not ask me to put a lesser value on the Customs Declaration, as this is an Offence.

I cannot be held responsible for any lost items in the post that have not been 'insured'. There is the option to add insurance at 'Check Out' under Shipping Options for an additional fee of £12.00, which is strongly recommended.

Each precious piece will be personally wrapped in one of my beautifully branded embroidered jewellery pouches displaying my Art Deco moth logo design, complete with coordinating drawstring with seductive hot pink tassels. I designed my pouches to have a 'vintage boudoir' vibe, eye-catchingly ravishing enough to grace any discerning dressing table (or boudoir!) . Accompanied by my folding business card, care card and printed 'postcard' giving details of what my jewellery is 'about', the inspiration and how I go about sourcing these tiny little pieces of history (useful for helping the receiver of one of my 'Forever Heirloom' gift purchases, to understand the jewellery - and to welcome them into my world). Also a quality 'hot pink', black or gold coloured gift bag will accompany to complete the perfect gift package.
