This beautiful antique Victorian gold 'fine' jewellery piece has been created using antique Victorian 9ct gold elements.

I have used a fusion of different antique guard chains lengths to create this unique necklace.  The necklace fastens centrally to the fron by way of an Albert swivel fastener (new).

From the centre ring hang a dreamy Victorian crescent moon and swallow piece (previously is a brooch), set with seed pearls and a diamond twinkling to the top of the birds head.  So very pretty with deep open work side detail.

Also suspended from the centre ring are 2 lengths of antique chain one which I have attached a exquisite 9ct rose gold Victorian enamelled heart charm with 3 tiny seed pearls in a leaf/floral detail to the centre (bringing in the pearl theme nicely with the crescent moon/swallow piece).

To the longest chain drop I have grounded the whole design using a chunky antique T bar (sourced from an Albert watch chain).

Swallows and crescent moons were a favourite of the Victorians/Edwardians given as a love token to a sweetheart to signify everlasting love, loyalty (swallows mate for life) and new beginnings (possibly a honeymoon piece).

The necklace fastens centrally to the front by way of an Albert swivel fastener (new).

A romantic and cool forever heirloom piece. Love love love!!

Approximate Measurements:
Overall length of necklace when worn: 24.5 inches
Neck Section: 17.5 inches
Drop: 8.5cm

This is a quirky one-of-a-kind heirloom piece, bringing the wearer an item of jewellery as exclusive and individual as them. The perfect keepsake or gift to celebrate life's milestone occasions or just life!
