This beautiful 'fine' jewellery piece has been created using antique and vintage jewellery elements. 
 
I have created this eclectically gorgeous necklace using a fusion of 3 different link chains, each being a section of Victorian 'Guard' chain.  The 9ct gold chains afford a delicious soft rosy gold patina that only antique gold can boast, providing a truly quirky and one of a kind design to set the stage for the stunningly beautiful vintage c1970 9k yellow gold hummingbird piece (previously a brooch). 
 
The hummingbird has a tiny green emerald stone for an eye.  There is beautifully textural and feathering work to the bird, adding textural interest to the main body of the bird.
 
Keeping the hummingbird company on the centre ring is a pretty section of Victorian guard chain which drops down to the prettiest of finials, being an exquisite antique 9ct gold and silver gilt (backed), Pietra Dura mosaic work of art, being a delicate rose flower design.  Bordered by an intricate filigree type ornate workmanship crafted in 9ct. The back of the pendant being silver with gold gilt.  Simply delightful. The perfect complimenting balance and companion to this wonderfully unique, rare and highly collectable Lisa de Bidaph Forever Heirloom Jewellery piece. 
 
The necklace fastens centrally to the front by way of an antique 9ct gold Albert swivel fastener.
 
An eclectic collectors item (such pieces are becoming more and more difficult to source). Absolutely stunning when worn. Is sure to be a much admired, conversational and envied piece.
