This precious romantic necklace has been created using an eclectic mix of antique and vintage silver chains, including intricate lovers knot screw link fancy watch chain, along with lengths of vintage anchor and figaro chain - an intriguing combination.
 
The necklace fastens centrally to the front by way of the original watch chain antique Albert swivel fastener.  From the central ring are coupled two chain drops, together with a close coupled pretty antique silver swallow, with lovely patina remnants of blue enamelling to the wing span and patina'd paste stones along the body - twinkly.
 
Keeping the pretty swallow company are two chain drops, one from which has suspended a vintage silver anchor charm and at the bottom and being the perfect finial to the design is a bold and beautiful antique silver horseshoe, with delicious hallmarking to the reverse side.  This particular horseshoe is fancy down, the sentiment being that when you stand under it the luck falls out all over you. Nice!
